2017 suburban key fob
I highly recommend this if you’re replacing a worn out key fob. The dealership said they would sell me a key for about $150 and then charge me $90 to set it up to work. I googled how it could be done and then bought the new key fob. It was brand new in a sealed bag with battery installed. Took me about 5 minutes to make it work. I am extremely happy with the results.

The key I received was an OEM key. I has able to program it via the GM Owner's manual instructions. I brought the blade to a locksmith and had it cut. So for approx 100.00 US I got a spare key.

Worked Perfectly!
I ordered this key for my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. Even with only having a single operational RKE I had two cut manual keys. With the manual key and the use manual for my truck I was easily able to reprogram the existing key and the newly ordered key within 30 minutes. Everything is working great!

Manual vs real life
Read owners manual. Tried to program new keyless...didn't work. I do realize that I am technically challenged, but tried what owners manual said to do twice, no connection. Will put fob in drawer along with other non working devices I have acquired.

Key fob replacement
I recently purchased a 2015 Tahoe LTZ. The Chevy dealer I worked with only provided 1 key fob. They weren't real customer oriented. I found Keyless Joes web site and purchased 1 fob. Got it a few days later, found instructions online and 3 minutes later I was done programming it. Piece of cake. Ordered another one and same result. 2 fobs for a total of $160.00. The Chevy dealer wanted $300.00 for each fob and programming. That would be $600.00 Yeah what a mark up. The only thing I need to do is get the key laser cut. $15.00 each. Stay away from the dealers for this service.
